Cyanogen Mod Latest Nightly 10.2 Pie Controls?

Decided to try CM again and cannot find where it will allow me to enable Pie Controls... am I missing something?

Thanks, but that video is for an earlier version. I have the latest version, to which does not have the pie control option under settings-System.

The HTC One doesn't have a pie option in Settings > Interface. My Nexus 7 does. Is it maybe something related to screen size?
