It should work just fine with them though, right? I don't plan on ever going back to the old bootloader if I can help it.

It doesn't, at least not well. You have to get back to 2.2 or 2.1 bootloaders for it to work correctly.

I just flashed CM7 using rom manager. I was on serendipity 6.3 before. Everything seemed to go fine, but now I don't have any of the google apps. I did select to install the google apps when using rom manager. Can anybody help? I guess I only need help getting the market and I could find everything from there.

Thanks in advance

ya i was wondering about that... do you install it after you flash CM7??? Is ROM Manager still on the device to use to flash the Google apps after you flash CM7? Also, I'm thinking about just doing it through ROM Manager, but have another question: after flashing CM7, in ROM Manager, when I install a nightly to update CM7 (or even if I do it manually), does it keep all of my data? It also says in the hard way instructions to make a nandroid backup, but does it do that automatically when using ROM Manager, or should I still make a nandroid backup?

P.S. if I flash CM7 manually, where do I get the Google apps?
