Cyanogenmod (for an ***** android user)

hi guys so just got my Galaxy S3 rooted after a year of use and have interest on using ROM's just because im bored with Touchwiz just one question though

- my GS3 is on android 4.3 right now for example I installed CM version 10.2 and CM 11 comes out for stable release can I use the built in CM updater to update to it and same as upgrade my android version to 4.4 since CM 11 is for android 4.4 ?

please guys need your help thanks in advance

I don't know (I don't use CM) if the updater just handles minor updates (updates within a build - ex. CM 10.1 to CM 10.2) or major updates (updates to a new baseline - ex. CM 10 to CM 11).

I'm sure if you ask in the CM forums or over on XDA you can get an informed answer
