When I first flash cyanogenmod 7 on my phone I have the power widgets when I pull down my notification bar. You know the widgets that you can turn off or on wifi, bluetooth and so forth when you pull down the notification bar. When I change themes any themes in the theme choose I no longer have access to these widgets. Instead there is a bar that says verizon wireless similar to what is seen in the stock rom. The bar does change according to the theme but I can't get the widgets back. Anyone have any ideas on how to get the widgets back other then re flashing and not using the theme chooser?

I did clear factor, cache and dalvic before flashing.

I had this issue a while back where my notification power widget would disappear for a while, give it a little bit and it should come back. If you tell us what build of CM7 you are running we might be able to help you out. Are you running CM7 Stable or one of the nightly builds?

It is the stable. This has been repeated. I flash new and I have the power widgets. The nano second I change themes with the theme chooser they are gone and replaced with a bar that says verizon wireless.

Have you tried rebooting after applying said themes? I know some themes require a reboot for the full theme to take effect. I would recommend trying the most recent nightly, as there have been quite a few framework fixes since the stable release. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what to tell you.

Which themes have you had this trouble with? I will try applying them and see if I have the same results.

Yes I have rebooted several times. Any of the three themes that come on the rom. Will try a recent nightly

Did you check under menu -> Settings -> Cyanogenmod settings ->Interface -> Notification power widget to make sure it's enabled?
