Not sure how many of you are still rocking the N6, but I ran out my contract and changed to SIM only as at the time, nothing new caught my mind and was in my budget.

Going SIM only (12 months is up in December) gave me more data and paying less per month.

I dropped a courtesy car to a customer the other day through work, she asked for a quote on damage to her second vehicle, I took a photo and didn't put my phone back in my pocket (my first mistake) when I was showing the customer our car I dropped my phone on the gravelled street and have cracked the screen on my N6.

My insurer (through my bank) can only offer me a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge as a replacement handset with £100 excess to pay up front.

I'm so gutted to lose my Nexus, it's been brilliant, does what I've always wanted from a handset and makes me cry inside that I have to say goodbye to it. I've not submitted the claim to the end, because I can't give up my phone, just yet, but parts of the screen are coming away in the top right-hand corner.

I'm so sad, did you move on from the N6, how has it been for you?

My rear camera stopped working recently and though I really like the N6 I know it is time to get something else. I am not wanting to get a smaller screen size and I am not a fan of Samsung,so choices are limited for now. I am thinking of holding out for the Google Pixel 2 xxl which is reported to be a 6 inch screen. The problem is that it is likely to be an October release. So I have to live with only a front camera for now. I really am going to miss my N6, it's a great phone.

Even though i moved to the Nexus 6P, I still love the N6. I was tempted on the pixel xl, but the screen size is smaller. Maybe look on Swappa for a gently used Nexus6P? It's a great phone also. Swappa now offers warranties. I picked up a used V20 for my husband with a warranty.

Cool, I've never heard of Swappa before, I will take a look, thanks for the suggestion.

RIP Nexus 6 :(

getting another N6 not an option? If mine broke I would probably get another one. Not liking the ones out now.

Personally I was starting to to have significant problems with the battery. The battery was draining very quickly and was causing the phone to randomly reboot at time. So in all honesty, my beloved Nexus 6 was slowly dying.

I feel for you...the screen on my Nexus 6 got shattered in a similar way. My Nexus 6 slid off of the roof my car and completely shattered.

After contacting Asuron, which is the phone insurance I have through Sprint, they shipped me a new Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

While I completely miss my beloved Nexus 6, I do have to admit that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a decent replacement.

The most important things I miss the pure Android Software, the Stereo Front Facing Speakers, and the Slightly Larger Screen.
