Damaged samsung sd card. tried all but failed

[AC Question]

I was doing factory reset to my android one phone. after reset the card shows unsupported. i eject and insert it couple a times but no solution then i read the threads in this forums but the problem is this that my sd card is not showing in pc also.. when i insert it in card reader or phone and connect it with pc the drive shows is empty .. and it asks to insert a disk in drive.. without any matter or any disk in that drive how can i make it ok... i think you under stand my problem... thanx

I think your SD card might be damaged and you may need to purchase a new one.
