Dark Mode for Pop Up calls

I've enabled a dark theme. But when I get a call, because I've selected it to show up as a pop up it's not dark like the rest. How can I get it dark?

Or is there another app I can use?

I believe in pop ups and in notifications panel they stay white .

Wierd, mine are dark. And I don't know what I did to get it. It was that way on my note 9 and I used smart switch so probably copied the settings over.

Using Good Lock's Quick star can change the color of your notification pop ups.

I think Material Black.
