Dark Mode turning off 4XL

Anyone having issues with Dark Mode turning off? I have all my apps and display settings set to Dark Mode. Twice today, the dark Mode was turned off without action by me. When I go into settings can turn it back on, but I'm wondering if this a bug or a setting I'm missing.

It's not happening for me, I have the 4 and 4 XL and on both I have turned on dark mode as soon as I got the phone. It has been like that since and not turned off by itself.

There isn't even a setting to turn on/off automatically based on certain conditions. Only there is a toggle on the quick setting or in the actual display setting. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

No issues her and I've been toggling between dark theme and might theme depending on what wallpaper info with. I literally swap wallpapers almost everyday and no issues here so far.
