Dark spot on Nexus 7 2013 Camera

Hello, I have had my Nexus 7 2013 since Christmas now and it has worked brilliantly, though I recently discovered that there is a very strong black spot when I take pictures, it is very concentrated and almost looks like it was drawn on with a marker pen, I have looked at other threads and they say that it could be the sensor, but this spot looks different to the others as it is not soft. If I put the spot in a bright light it will get washed out and therefore get smaller, so it may be dirt on the sensor but I'm not sure. In the camera settings I have changed the aspect ration from 4:3 to 16:9 and that has gotten rid of it, but in other apps where there is no option to change the aspect ratio I am completely stuck. Help really would be appreciated this is such an excellent tablet. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! I don't see how it could be a physical spot on the lens or sensor if turning it to landscape gets rid of it. Can you post a screenshot of pics taken in portrait and in landscape mode (preferably of the same thing)? http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...ide-how-post-screenshots-android-central.html
