Data connection drops out

So everynight my droid 3 drops its data connection. Always happens around 10 at night. Usually have it connected to my wifi at home, when I check my phome wifi is turned off and 3g is not connected. Takes a few seconds for 3g to connect and I have to turn my wifi back on. Not a huge deal just annoying. Any ideas androidcentral peeps

From home, go to settings->Battery & Data Manager->Battery Mode

I'll bet that you have nighttime saver turned on (which stops syncing data after 15 minutes during non-peak hours - 10 pm to 5 am - until you press a key - i.e., turn the screen on.)If you don't want that, put it on Performance mode.
