data failed to load

I got the message Data Failed to Load several times today. I called Sprint & there are no tower issues in my area. Phone is up to date with all software, setting is CDMA. Anyone experience this?

I saw this often a few weeks ago, then it stopped - until yesterday, when I noticed it once. My best guess is it's some background task or intermittent service, and the server it's trying to reach is hosed at times.

Just a guess.
