Data roaming charges event the option has been disabled

Hello,

Since I have my Samsung Galaxy S7, I end up with the consumation internet charges from abroad (data roaming).

I'm off "data roaming" from the beginning. Same for MMS, download automatic in roaming is also disabled.

I'm in a border area and I often find myself in a foreign network. Looking at the bill, internet consumption is only about some Kb but every day, it should have leaked some parts but I do not know where. Is there a way to completely block the data roaming (data roaming: data, mms) without the need to disable roaming (that can receive and send sms, calls)?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify--are you saying that when you go to Settings>Cellular Networks, you have gone to the Data Roaming option and turned it off?

Yes, i have gone to the Data Roaming option and turned if off.

I'm looking with my mobile operator to find which app consuming the roaming data because i have a some probleme on an iphone. It's should not related to S7.
