Data speeds while in Europe?

Can anybody tell me what kind of data speeds would be likely or possible, using a Rezound with a local SIM, while traveling in Europe? Say, England, Spain, or Italy, if you need a specific country?

England averaged 2.04MB in 2011
Spain: says they produce 3 (all carriers) so lets go with 2
italy: I didnt look that hard
