Data Transfer: Nokia Lumia 925 to Samsung Galaxy S5 ?

Hey folks,

I'm a fairly new member to this forum and recently transitioned from Windows to Android; less than fairly noob regarding Android.

I've readied my Android phone with everything else I need - apps, contacts, drives etc -, just can't find a way to transfer my photos, videos, text messages and all from my Windows phone to the Android.

So my question is; What would be the best way to go about transferring all my data from my Nokia Lumia 925 to my Galaxy S5 or just photos, videos, text messages ?

Looking for the same info, moving my data off a Lumia 635 on windows 10 mobile, thinking of switching my sim cards and then moving the contacts over to the sd in my LG G4.
