Data transfer

Retired my Thunderbolt and got the G2 but cant transfer contacts (neither could Verizon) from Outlook and my collection of assorted short videos also worked fine on the old TB but will not transfer either. Lastly, imbedded pictures sent from people using windows cannot be opened and I realize it is a file format problem.
The old TB still works fine except for the well known battery issues and I am not complaining about the G2 since I am sure I am probably the problem.

Did you already try downloading the Outlook.com app from the Google Play store?
