Data turned off automatically when using call apps

I used to call my family through IMO, Tango .. etc. I noticed that my data turned off automatically within 2 to 3 minutes. There is no limit for data using in phone settings. So, I'm wondering what is the main reason.

My phone is Huawei mate 9
