Data usage

[Android Central Question]

I am using asda mobile on my galaxy s7 with bundle 250 mb data per month. My data manager app and the phone data usage shows 65 mb used this month. However Asda mobile claim I have used 200 mb. Why do these figures differ. I have contacted asda mobile and they say it's background data, but shouldn't this show on data manager.

Are you using the Asda data manager or a 3rd party app?
