Data warning when playing videos saved on Google Photos

Is there a way to turn this off? It appears no matter how many times I play the same video.

Nope, and it's a very fair warning. When you play content from Google Photos, unless it's in your phone, you're pulling the data from the cloud. If you're not on WiFi and that message doesn't pop up, you could be inadvertently using up your mobile data, and that's no bueno when you're on a metered, limited connection (remember, even 'unlimited' plans are capped for throttling).

Under settings/data usage, there should be an option that says "set mobile data limit" with a box beside it. Uncheck it.
