Data while on a call (4G)

Can the Epic access data while on a call on 4G? Just tried it and it didn't work.

it should be able to, the 4g chip is a different chip then the chip used to make calls, have you tried restarting the phone? i would have no idea obviously because i got an evo but it should still work

I learned with my epic that it can, but within reason. For example, it won't download anything that can stream while on a call. So, no pandora.

Just tried again and it worked. Getting 4G speeds too!

It worked for me today in SF, at least downloading a file while taking a call.

I haven't tried streaming yet.
