Anyone else having issues with their phone getting the correct time? It will get the correct time for a bit and then will jump to the incorrect time and stay there after a restart. I'm on sprint

No problems for me either on Sprint. But, I had that problem one time about 6 years ago. Sprint tower by my hotel had this issue. Whenever I was at the hotel my phone would show the wrong time, but leaving it would change to the right time.

Sprint said it was an issue with the tower. It was fixed in a couple days.

Same issue. Sprint Galaxy s6. My alarm goes off on the wrong times because it will fix it self then go back to the wrong time. If I manually change the time and turn off automatic my widgets are an hour off. No one seems to have a real clue. All I Gan guess and typical Sprint crappy service

It is not fixed and I am not on your tower. The issues is with the crap "new vision" BS equipment they installed. They went from 4 antenna to 1 antenna per sector. They said it would be better and that was a lie. You will notice as they upgrade service is worse. They did it to save money and it destroyed an already weak network. I should know... I have done over 1000 sprint "upgrades" in the last 3 years as a designer for network infrastructure.

Started happening to me the day before yesterday on my Verizon G4. Noticed it when I woke up in the morning and the time on both my G4 and moto 360 was wrong. Time on my Wifes G2 was correct. Rebooted and all was good until the next morning and again this morning. Sure glad I don't rely on the alarm on my phone!

Everything has been fixed on my phone. Maybe one of the towers was just delayed in switching the time

Well, apparently I am still having issues with incorrect time on my phone. It still seems to be jumping ahead one hour at random intervals. A reboot usually fixes the issue but that doesn't help me if I am doing something that is time sensitive and since I have a smartwatch, if the time is wrong on my phone, its wrong on my watch too. Uggggghh!

So, at first I thought I had solved the problem by turning off network time sync but that ultimately did not work. Even when I set the time manually, it will still jump ahead.

And then I noticed..... Its the time zone setting! I am in East TN, which is naturally supposed to be in the Eastern Time zone, but my phone keeps resetting to Atlantic Standard Time! Not sure why, possibly a tower issue, but it has happened in different areas around my city. So, I turned off automatic time zone detection and for now, that seemed to have solved the issue.
