Daylight Savings Time messing with programs based on schedule

So as we all know, our clocks went back an hour and I'm fine with that. I always set my do not disturb to start at midnight no matter when it ends 8am weekdays 10am weekends. So I'm using my phone and all of the sudden it starts the DND, at 11pm! It is completely ignoring daylight savings time even though my phone clock is correct. Any way to fix this? I don't know any way around the DND without the auto schedule.

My phone clock on the lock screen is right, but my widget won't go back an hour....can't figure out how to fix it..
