Oh FFS. When you buy from a company you learn about them before purchasing (if you don't research a company you are foolish).

Dbrand is known for their wiseassery, swearing and insults in the sense of (off) humor. If you can't handle it, don't use a company like them and find a "traditional" company who read from scripts like monkeys, don't act human at all and is entirely impersonal.

They should have stuck by their humor/brand and not caved. The apology makes it look weak and an admittance to guilt where there is no guilt.
