Hi all,

I read about people reporting camera focusing issues when using the Dbrand wrap on the back side of pixel on other forums, and I wonder, for those of you who have the wrap applied, are you experiencing any camera focus issues? (eg. auto focus not accurate)

I like how they look and the fact that it protects the pixel from having a scratched rear glass, and I am looking to purchase one just for the glass, but the reported focusing issue is alerting to me.

Thanks!

No issues for me. I suspect it's just a matter of alignment of the small holes for the laser focus sensor and emitter. What you could do is precut a larger opening where they are if you're worried about getting things just right.

No problems here with my dbrand skin applied. As stated above, I think perfect alignment is the key. Take your time when applying.

I had camera autofocus issues with Dbrand, and ended up removing it. I don't think it is a problem with Dbrand per se - but more with the fact that the sensors on the back may get partially blocked by (any) skin you put on it

Interesting thread. I had the phone naked for the fist several weeks, then threw a bear motion slim case on, and suddenly started seeing some photos with focusing issues. You guys may be on to something, a case or skin may cause the laser autofocus to go awry.

I will be experimenting with going naked again and seeing whatsup.
