My tablet has been working fine since I received it but yesterday it just stopped responding to anything. Nothing but a non-responsive black screen. It has been on the provided charger for plenty of time to be charged and the charger checks out OK. Does anyone know how to contact Google to get some resolution to the problem? I haven't been able to find tech support (except to pay for it in advance for a new device) nor phone numbers to call to reach a person. Hope someone can assist. - lese

Welcome to AC!!

I would look in the packaging that came with your device, there should be a number to contact in there for warranty information.

To be more cost effective they used a lithium polymer as apposed to a lithium ion and the bad things with those are if you over charge it it will not work or if it over heats the safety controller will shut off power to the board if it feels warm on the back don't use it just let it cool down and hopefully it will resume normal operation
