Dead phone

I'm new to Samsung phones and after owning one for 4 days, my phone when off and will turn on. I've tried all the reboot options and still nothing. Phone has been charged. Any advice before Samsung shop opens tomorrow. Many thanks in advance.

Unless you have have dropped it without a case or got it wet and it's not water proof, sounds like a dud
Return it, should get a new one over the counter for only 4 days old
