Dead pixel??

I think I just found a dead pixel on my new note 10.1. I bought from Amazon. Should I return it? Will Amazon let me?

Here's a Q&A on Amazon from 2008 that suggests you can return it within 30 days: Amazon.com: Questions And Answers: Dead pixel return policy: Anybody knows the return policy in amazon.com for Sony KDL-46XBR4 ?. Not sure if it's changed since them. You can just ask them--click on "Help" at the top of the Amazon page, then click the "Contact Us" button at the lower left.
