Dead Top Right Corner - Anybody Else?

I just got my new Razr this past Saturday and today I noticed the top right corner is dead. In the Market I can't get to the search icon unless I rotate the phone. And when the phone is rotated I can't pull down e-mail notifications that are now in the top left corner. I have hard and soft reset, rebooted, and powered down. Everything you can do to try to fix it but nothing helps. I am returning it for a new phone but just wondering if this has happened to anybody else?

Just tested it in the market and mine works fine.
