Dead Trigger In App Purchase=Fraud

Any one else out there been ripped off by Dead Trigger in app purchase? I purchased 4000 gold, the order is paid for and confirmed via Google Play, my phone account has been billed - but no gold has been receieved. 48 hours later, I have had no reply from the developer about either an explanation or a refund. I have tried contacting them via every possible means, including the built in complaint form with the order.

I have been scammed out of 15 dollars - literally defrauded out of cash by Madfinger games.

Anyone out there know how to get some help on this matter?

Wow ... that sucks ... if you contact Google Play directly, you might be able to get a refund.

Yeah dude. I bought gold and money. Didn't get any of it waited a few days. Still nothing. Sailed them... told me to send met reciepts so I did. Still no reply back. I email them all the time. Contacted via twitter. Nothing. Very good game. But very bad service
