There is a handful of Deaf-friendly apps that provide tools for sign language users, such as video messaging, video chat, VRS, etc. There are also other type of apps that are useful, like Deaf-related apps & tools for everyone, which is perfect for non-signers who want to learn to communicate with Deaf peers. All in one place.
