I'm trying to deauthorize my old HTC EVO 3D from accessing the Google Play store on my account as a security precaution. However, whereas I can do this with Google Music, I cannot do it for the Play store, only hide the phone. Is there a way to get around this, or will registration of the phone by a new user automatically remove the phone from my list?

Or change your password. Or if you have 2-step authentication set up you would have an app specific password for that phone that you could delete.

I guess your password all that matters; as soon as you get rid of apps password you will be able to find the solution.
