In setting up Debian's Eclipse & the SDK although
at 1st I wrote the udev rules wrongfor the android
I did also discover that 99 instead of 50 makes the udev loadbefore other rules.
If I find a bookmark later when I'm on my OS I'll add a link
and update here that exact file name.
I also found what's needed to usb-tether in debian
and network-manager should detect the phone
I will be testing my downloads an updating this tomorrow.
on a side note if you put Debian on an external hd use guided/ no LVM
I had issues with loading the OS on other hardware going from laptop to desktop where the device changed from sdb to sdc and LVM wouldn't load theOS..
