AC Question

My son was killed in December 2013. His phone was lost in the accident. Google apps that were on his phone are still being charged to my credit card. How do I stop this?

I am sorry for your loss. I would either have your credit card stop allowing the transactions, or if you can figure out who is charging them, contact them either by email or phone and ask them to stop.

Hello.

My condolences go out to you for your loss. I agree with Golfdriver. You can tell the credit card company to stop the transactions and you can uninstall all the apps and disconnect the device from the Gmail account.
