Decent 1 or 2 TB wifi hardrive for Android?

I need to find a a decent hard drive with built-in Wi-Fi that works with Android phones wirelessly I don't need a computer to set up. Something secure with a password. I can't spend a bunch of money. I was hoping I could spend around $100 or so? Suggestions? I really need to back my data up and I absolutely want local storage.
