I accidentally clicked decline permission and then clicked always on a request for a Skype text to my Galaxy 5 phone. I do not have Skype installed on my phone, but would like to be able to receive text messages from Skype users. Is there any way to reverse it?

Welcome to Android Central! You could try going to the App Manager, tapping Menu, and selecting Reset All App Preferences.
