Default Android exchange contacts sync only working one way, server to phone
I have all my contacts on my Android phone and I want to sync them into my exchange based outlook Contacts.
If I create a contact on the phone, it does NOT sync to exchange.
If I create on exchange, it DOES sync to the phone.

Mail and calendar are both working fine.

However the calendar has the same problem, events created on the phone don't get to exchange.

Any pointers?

I have the same problem ...did you ever find a solution?

I got a great business card reader (WorldCard Mobile) that automatically adds them to my contacts, but I can't figure out how to then get the contacts from my phone (SGS2) to Exchange. :-[

Contacts and appointments are only pushing from the Exchange server to the phone even when I do a manual sync. Anyone know how to make it actually sync rather than just push?
