Default call volume adjustment

On an S6 with Marshmallow, is there a setting somewhere to set the default volume level for when you answer the phone? I keep jacking the volume all the way up when I answer the phone so I can hear the person, yet the next call it is down about 50%. I couldn't find anything in the Phone settings. Thank you
