Default keyboard application issue

I have downloaded and selected Google keyboard as my default one.
On that keyboard I'm using English and another language.
When in the browser for example, after I switch to use foreign language option and then trying to switch back to the English
Samsung keyboard pops up instead of the Google keyboard.
When I check settings Samsung key board listed as the default one.
Is that a known bug? If it is then how do I fix that without rooting? Thank you all who replied.

Am I the only one having that problem?Common guys, it has to be a work around solution at least.
