Defective Note 10 plus top ear piece?

My note 10 plus seems the have more sound coming from the left part of the top ear piece than the right side. So when on a call I have to move the phone more to the left side on my ear to hear the person louder.

Does anyone else of the problem?
Or should I take it to Verizon to get replaced?

I think it's because of the earpiece and speaker being in 1 place.
