Delete Gear S Contacts

[AC Question]

Just updated to marshmallow on my S6. After cone ting my Gear S after updating my phone I noticed that my contacts on my Gear S have changed. There are contacts that I have never seen before, such as: Contacts with no names, just random numbers, email address, etc. Is there anyway I can delete these unwanted contacts?
