Delete/hide unused apps

Found how to delete apps but unfortunately it doesn't work with the wear apps... When I look in the app menu there is probably 15 that show up when I'm only interested in 4... Since they are wear apps or functions and I don't think its possible to delete them is there a way to simply hide them or create a bs folder and put them all in there to avoid having to scroll thru all of them when I never use them
