Delete messages off watch now has deleted messages off phone. How do i get the messages back?

I deleted my messages off my samsung galaxy watch now it's deleted my messages off my phone to a certain time how do I get these messages back ?

Have you checked the deleted items folder in your account? Were these emails or text messages?
