delete pre-installed watch faces?

there's a delete button in the gear app .. am I able to delete any of the pre-installed faces (e.g. the few I don't use)? (and if so, any way to get them back later?).

You can't delete the pre-installed ones only the ones you install. I tried but it was a no go.
