FlashImage GUI will flash the boot.img and then you need to reboot into recovery and flash the rom, it will also flash a recovery for you

open FlashImage select flash kernel option, browse for the rom your going to flash, select flash kernel and when its done select the reboot recovery option flash rom.

It will only flash recovery and boot.img
