I transferred a "folder1" from my phone to my computer via usb and during this process, I transferred some photos to this "folder1". And after the end of the "folder1" transfer process, there were no photos that I transferred to "folder1". It was as if the process of transferring photos was interrupted because the folder was transferred to the computer and these photos were deleted. what to do to recover them or find?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you use the Move command or the Copy command? Copy is always the better one to use, because if something goes wrong with the operation, the original files will be intact, while Move may still delete the original files, even if the operation goes wrong.

Were you backing these photos up to the cloud, like to Google Photos or OneDrive? Check there first.

I dont use Google Photos or OneDrive.
I cut the folder from phone and paste it to pc, and during it i did the same to the photos but pasted them exactly to this folder. I forgot that i cut the folder and thought that it would remain. I think either photos transferred in a nonexistent folder and now locate in the middle of nowhere or they just were deleted because this folder already contained specific amount of information to transfer and new photos were not supposed to exist there.
I want to clarify this question because i often transfer information from phone to pc and afraid of repetition of the problem as well as i never had encountered such issue.

Where were the photos originally located? In "folder1" while it was on the phone, or somewhere else?

Also, how many photos did you move? USB data transfer can be notoriously unreliable on Android devices when moving huge amounts of data. If it can't be avoided, then it's better to move a large amount of data in smaller chunks.

They located in another folder on the phone when i moved them to the folder1. There were about 15 photos

Ok, so you moved the 15 photos from the other folder to folder1, and then moved the entire folder1 to the PC, is that correct?

After you moved those photos to folder1 (but before moving folder1 to the computer), did you check in folder1 to confirm those photos were moved there successfully?

I cut and pasted a folder with photos from my phone to my PC, and since the folder size was large, it took some time to transfer, during which I additionally cut and pasted photos into this folder. after the transfer, I did not find these photos not on my phone, not in the folder that I transferred.

Oh, I think that may have been the problem. Trying to add files to a folder that's already in the process of being moved would not be a good idea. My guess is that the photos got lost in that process.
