deleted system data

i deleted all the system data. how can i fux this screw up?

As in everything in /system? I assume your phone will not boot? if you were stock, you might have to call ATT and see if there is a local service center you can bring it to, and have them restore it to stock.

If you were not stock, any Odin one-click ROM should get you running again, and then you can flash what you really want after that.
