I'm in New Zealand so alot of the factory apps on my Captivate won't work. Am I able to delete them without any problems? I've rooted the phone and removed the AT&T bloatware but now I'm wondering if I can delet such things as Mobi TV, YPmobile etc etc without it causing major issues?

Those two are ok to delete. The rest depends on what they are. I wouldn't delete any Samsung bloatware unless you know what they do.

If you're not sure if it's ok to delete something, just throw it up here and someone should be able to tell you if it's ok.

Hey thanks for that. The others are,

mobile video (I've loaded a different video player)
where
daily briefing
mobile banking
allshare

Thanks again :)

Mobile video should be okay.
Where is fine to remove.
Daily Briefing is a Samsung app that works with their homescreen widgets. I think it's ok to get rid of if you don't use those.
Mobile Banking is fine.
Allshare is DLNA, so if you don't use that you can get rid of it.
