Deleting Pre-Installed Apps

Hey guys,

I'm pretty OCD and HATE seeing all of these preinstalled apps on my phone (Blockbuster, Amazon, etc.) What is the easiest way to get rid of these? I really want them gone but I also am very scared of messing up my phone.

Could someone please tell me an easy to follow step by step on how to do this without messing anything up?

well you can root and remove "most" of them (I believe you still need to leave a couple there for some reason) - and if you unroot you gotta be sure they're back before you do - also need to be back before Froyo drops as well I think

or

you can get Launcher Pro and just "hide" them (which is what I did)
