Deleting RIngtones/notification tones

Hi all, Im trying to delete some ringtones that I have downloaded to the phone. I did something and a few them sound like the default ringtone now and I cant get them back but they still show up when I go to the settings>sound>phone ringtone menu. I try to long press them but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this app. its .99cents there may be a free version but you can look that up
