Deny OTA Install?

I did the install update via the link provided here on AC.
Can I refuse to install the OTA update considering I already did it?
Since its a ROM flash it will be a real PITA to go through it again.

I'm surprised you even got the notification. Yes refuse it if you like. The OTA however doesn't overwrite everything like the RUU did though.

Don't plan on receiving it if you've already updated with the ROM flash. As far as HTC or Verizon is concerned, you're already updated.
