so, i finally got a driver to work with my optimus

just for fun i poke around adb since i have never used it before

adb bugreport > bugreport.txt

here is where it gets interesting. I see ARP cache.

------ ARP CACHE (/proc/net/arp) ------

IP address HW type Flags HW address Mask Device

28.190.33.214 0x1 0x2 02:50:f3:00:00:00 * rmnet0

now if you search on arin for who has that IP address in my arp cache it comes back that the IP belongs to the Department of Defense Network Information Center.
http://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-28-0-0-0-1/pft

interesting .........

<sarcasm> Now we just need to connect this to Carrier IP and all those liberals who are letting our information run free! </sarcasm>

One more reason to vote for Ron Paul...

I wonder if there is ANY way to block specific IP addresses from accessing our device through something like Adfree Android. Not that it matters, because we have nothing to hide:p
